Regular followers of my twitter feed (@shumpty77) will know that I spend a fair position of every week either on planes, in airport lounges or otherwise engaged in the business of business travel. I have long doodled in the various notebooks I carry tips and tricks for business travel as well as the things that frustrate me. Finally I think it is time to put fingers to keyboard and get my musings on out onto the interwebs.
I have no qualifications to advise on business travel I should say, save that I did 183 flights in 2018 solely for business purposes, and this part of the thatparmaguy.com blog will not be about getting discounts. Rather I will simply muse about my experiences travelling the “Big Brown Land” for work. Some musings will be amusing (or my best attempts at it), some will be about sources of irritation and some will be a genuine attempt at giving guidance to those who are not regular travellers.
I will be using the terminology “episode” for these musings, I should decree, because I do have in the back of mind putting something up on YouTube or a podcast but that will come in the future if there is enough take up of this blog.
